《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》明确提出“改变课程评价过分强调甄别与选拔的功能,发挥评价促进学生发展、教师提高和改进教学实践的功能。”课程改革给课堂教学评价指明了方向,在课堂教学中,就必须由课堂教学评价来引领教师的教学行为,衡量教师的教学策略与效果,并为教师的教育教学提供及时有效的信息反馈,以确保课堂教学的科学有效。没有课堂教学评价的变革,就没有新课程的真正实现。为了使评价与教学融为一体,充分发挥课堂教学评价的诊断、激励、导向及矫正功能,针对现行课堂教学评
