目的建立广东正常人后前位X线头影测量的正常值范围,研究广东正常人颅面横向结构的特点。方法测量分析100名广东正常人的后前位X线片,输入计算机用SPSS11.0软件进行统计学分析。结果建立广东正常人的后前位X线头影测量的正常值;除左右颧牙槽嵴点到FFP的垂直距离、上下颌中线偏差外,其余指标随年龄增长而显示性别差异;牙颌面宽度之间存在着相关性。结论后前位X线头影测量值因地区与人种不同存在着差异。建立前后位X线头影测量正常值可为错畸形的诊断、矫治设计提供依据。
Objective To establish the normal range of posterior cephalometric measurement of normal human in Guangdong and to study the characteristics of craniofacial transverse structure of normal human in Guangdong. Methods The posterior posterior radiographs of 100 normal people in Guangdong were measured and analyzed. The data were imported into the computer and analyzed by SPSS11.0 software. Results The normal posterior X-ray cephalometric measurement of normal people in Guangdong was established. In addition to the vertical distance from the alveolar ridge to the FFP and the deviation of the upper and lower jaw, the other indicators showed gender differences with age; There is a correlation between widths. Conclusion After the antecedent X-ray Cephalometric measurement due to different regions and ethnic differences exist. The establishment of before and after the position X-ray cephalometric measurement of normal values for the diagnosis of malocclusion deformity, orthodontic design provide the basis.
