目的:本研究检测内脂素(visfatin)在妊娠期糖尿病患者血清中的水平,并进一步探讨其与妊娠期糖尿病、新生儿出生体质量之间的关系。方法:采用前瞻性研究,根据新生儿出生体质量,将妊娠妇女分为正常孕妇足月分娩适于胎龄儿组(AGA组)40例、正常孕妇足月分娩大于胎龄儿组(LGA组)40例,GDM足月分娩适于胎龄儿组(AGA组)40例、GDM足月分娩大于胎龄儿组(LGA组)40例,各组孕妇择期剖宫产术当日清晨抽取空腹血,用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测血清内脂素水平,记录新生儿出生体质量。结果:在分娩适于胎龄儿孕妇中,GDM孕妇血浆中内脂素浓度高于正常健康孕妇组;而在正常孕妇组中,分娩大于胎龄儿孕妇血浆内脂素浓度高于分娩适于胎龄儿组。结论:GDM与内脂素的浓度为独立相关,内脂素对宫内胎儿的生长发育起一定的作用。
OBJECTIVE: This study examined the serum levels of visfatin in gestational diabetes mellitus (DM) patients and further explored its relationship with gestational diabetes mellitus and neonatal birth weight. Methods: A prospective study was conducted to divide 40 pregnant women into full-term gestational age group (AGA group) with normal pregnant women according to the birth weight of newborns. The full-term delivery of normal pregnant women was more than gestational age group (LGA group ) 40 cases, GDM full-term delivery for gestational age group (AGA group) 40 cases, GDM full-term childbirth more than gestational age group (LGA group) 40 cases, each group of pregnant women on the day of elective cesarean section to take fasting blood Serum visfatin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the birth weight of newborns was recorded. Results: In the pregnant women of childbearing age suitable for gestational age, the plasma visfatin concentration of GDM pregnant women was higher than that of healthy pregnant women. In the normal pregnant women group, the plasma visfatin concentration of pregnant women with gestational age was higher than that of childbirth Gestational age group. Conclusion: The concentration of GDM and visfatin are independently related, and visfatin plays a certain role in the growth and development of intrauterine fetus.
