班主任作为班集体的组织者、领导者和教育者,管理着学生的思想、学习、生活等各方面事情,既非常琐碎、繁杂,而又十分艰苦、辛劳。因而,教师只有怀有一颗对学生真正的爱心,急学生所急、想学生所想,才能让自己成为学生的良师益友,才能让学生与你贴心、与你沟通、以心交心、换心。德国教育家雅斯贝尔在《什么是教育》一文中就明确地指出:教育是人的灵魂的教育,而非理智知识和认识的堆积。教育本身意味着:一棵树流动另一棵树,一朵云推动另一朵云,一个灵魂唤醒另一个灵魂。如果一种教育未能触及到人的灵魂,未能引起人的灵魂深处的变革,它就不能成为教育,或许也可以说是一种失败的教育。

Therefore, teachers only cherish a true love for students, urgent students urgently, want students to think, to make themselves mentors to students, to make students close with you, communicate with you, heart to heart, for heart. In his article “What Is Education?”, The German educator Jasper clearly pointed out: Education is the education of human souls rather than the accumulation of rational knowledge and understanding. Education itself means that one tree flows another tree, one cloud drives another cloud, and one soul awakens another. If an education fails to reach the soul of man and fails to bring about the transformation of human soul, it can not become education, perhaps a failed education.
