这是一篇有些不太好说也不太好写的文章。文化是一种概念,有些抽象,需要通过某种形式来展示、诠释。安全文化是什么?从字面看它不是感性的、直观的,但它又实实在在存在于安全工作的每一个角落,或深或浅地存在于日常安全工作的每一个层面。我们走访了东北一些地方、企业,力求捕捉安全文化的脉搏。通过采访,我们切身感受到,基层安全文化建设犹如三月里的花木,在萌芽、在吐绿…… This is an article that is not easy to say and not very good at writing. Culture is a concept, some abstract, need to be displayed in some form, interpretation. What is a safety culture? Literally it is not sensual or intuitive, but it exists in every corner of the safety work, either deep or shallow, at every level of daily safety. We visited some places and enterprises in northeast China and sought to capture the pulse of safety culture. Through the interview, we personally feel that grass-roots safety culture is like the flowers and trees in March.
