肥大细胞(mast cell)是神经-免疫-内分泌网络调节过程中的一种关键细胞,作为多种细胞因子产生的源头,肥大细胞在各种反应中发挥着不可替代的作用,这一作用同样也在急性胰腺炎的发病过程中得到表现。本文综述了肥大细胞在急性胰腺炎发病过程中的可能作用,以及通过稳定肥大细胞对急性胰腺炎进行治疗的前景。
