不久前,国务院常务会议讨论并原则同意了1986年至2000年中国旅游事业发展规划。按照这个规划,到1990年,我国要接待入境旅游者500万人,创汇27亿至30亿美元,到2000年,我国要接待入境旅游者1,000万至1,200万人,创汇80亿至100亿美元,使我国成为世界上旅游业比较发达的国家之一。为实现这个规划,需要解决旅游管理体制的改革、旅游业的配套建设和旅游人才的培养等方面的问题。本文试就上述几个问题作一些初步探讨。
Not long ago, the State Council executive meeting discussed and agreed in principle with the development plan of China’s tourism industry from 1986 to 2000. According to this plan, by 1990, China will receive 5 million inbound tourists and earning 2.7 billion to 3 billion U.S. dollars in foreign exchange. By 2000, China will receive 10 million to 12 million inbound tourists and earn foreign exchange of 8 billion to 10 billion U.S. dollars , Making our country one of the more developed countries in tourism in the world. In order to realize this plan, we need to solve the problems of the reform of tourism management system, the construction of tourism industry and the training of tourism talents. This paper tries to make some preliminary discussions on the above issues.
