Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection of alloy corrosion resistance of the second professional academic committee academic exchange meeting held November 19, 1983 to 24 in Pinggu County, Beijing. This meeting is undertaken by Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute. Attend this meeting there are 32 units, 60 delegates. Divided into two groups 48 papers. The plenary session listened to the report entitled “Progress in Surface Science” made by Comrade Zhou Li, Chief Engineer of Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute, which aroused great interest and a warm welcome from the delegates. The conference received a total of 53 papers, the application of modern physics and surface physics research on the metal surface of 9, the rot of steel
