目的 :分析瞬态耳声发射 (TEOAE)和畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)筛选标准的相关性。方法 :对 36例婴儿 (年龄 1～ 6个月 )分别进行 TEOAE与 DPOAE测试 ,采用 Cohen′s Kappa(K)方法将测试结果进行逐项分析。结果 :TEOAE与 DPOAE间 ,以及 TEOAE各筛选标准间的相关性都偏低。结论 :各标准间不存在简单而直接的对应关系。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between TEOAE and DPOAE screening criteria. Methods: Twenty-four infants (aged 1 to 6 months) were tested for TEOAE and DPOAE respectively. The test results were analyzed one by one using Cohen’s Kappa (K) method. Results: The correlations between TEOAE and DPOAE and TEOAE screening criteria were low. Conclusion: There is no simple and direct correspondence between standards.
