随着四化建设的发展,工业锅炉的台数与日俱增,其中大多数是6吨/时以下小型锅炉,这些锅炉的给水以往均未采取除氧措施,而造成锅炉氧腐蚀严重,如新乡县水泥制品厂1982年装了二台KZG2—8型锅炉,因锅筒氧腐蚀严重于1985年同时报废。小型锅炉的给水除氧技术,当前国内外尚无简而易行的办法,为适用小型锅炉给水除氧的需要,现提出方案作抛砖引玉之用。
