本文应用悬液相放射免疫法对38例ITP病人进行了PAIgG测定,病人血清PAIgG值为68.79fg/BPC,明显高于正常(P<0.01),抗体愈多,血小板愈少。本测定可作为诊断和监测ITP的有效指标。
In this paper, PAIgG was measured in 38 patients with ITP using suspension phase radioimmunoassay. The serum PAIgG value was 68.79fg / BPC, which was significantly higher than that of normal (P <0.01). The more the antibody was, the less platelet was. This assay can be used as a valid indicator for the diagnosis and monitoring of ITP.
