随着我国城市煤气事业的迅猛发展,铸铁煤气管需求量逐年增加。长期以来,我国均采用承插式刚性接口管输送煤气,由于操作不便,施工合格率低;特别是接口刚度大,抗震性能差,易造成接口部位变形而发生接口漏气和管道断裂事故。目前国外刚性接口管已基本淘汰,大量使用柔性接口管。国内也迫切要求研制新型柔性接口管。为适应市场需求,我厂采用连续铸造工艺试制成功了 N_1型柔性机械接口
With the rapid development of China’s urban gas industry, the demand for cast iron gas pipe is increasing year by year. For a long time, our country adopted the socket type rigid interface pipe to deliver the gas. Due to the inconvenient operation, the construction pass rate was low. Especially, the interface stiffness was large and the seismic performance was poor. It was easy to cause the interface parts to deform and the interface leakage and pipeline rupture occurred. Currently rigid interface pipe has been basically eliminated, extensive use of flexible interface tube. Domestic also urgently required the development of a new type of flexible interface tube. In order to meet the market demand, I plant a successful trial of continuous casting process N_1 flexible mechanical interface
