目的:探讨尿液干化学仪长春迪瑞H-800、尿液沉渣仪Sysmex UF-500i与显微镜检查尿液中的红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)结果的差异性。方法用尿液自动化分析仪和显微镜同时检测680例住院患者晨尿中红细胞、白细胞,对结果比较分析。结果尿液干化学仪长春迪瑞H-800阳性率为24.85豫,尿液沉渣仪Sysmex UF-500i阳性率为27.35豫,人工镜检阳性率为25.15豫;其中尿液红细胞镜检与尿沉渣仪2为4.09,<0.05差异有统计学意义;尿液白细胞镜检与干化学仪2为26.18,0.05差异无统计学意义。结论尿液自动分析化仪可快速检测尿液中的白细胞、红细胞,但均存在一定的假阴性和假阳性,应结合手工镜检对比分析,以保证结果的准确性。“,”Objective To investigate the differences among the urine dry chemical analyzer Changchun DIRUI H-800, urine sediment analyzer Sysmex UF-500i and microscopic checking urine red blood cells (WBC), white blood cells (RBC). Methods Urine red blood cells ,white blood cell of 680 patients were detected by urine analyzer and microscope at the same,and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The positive rate of the urine dry chemical analyzer Changchun DIRUI H-800 is 24.85%,the positive rate of urine sediment analyzer Sysmex UF-500i is 27.35% and that of artificial microscopy is 25.5%.the urine red blood cell microscopic examination and urine sediment analyzer χ2 is 4.09, ( <0.05) are statistically significant.microscopic examination of urine white blood cell and dry chemical analyzerχ2 is 26.18,the difference of ( 0.05) in microscopic examination of urine red blood cells and dry chemical analyzer, urine white blood cell microscopy and urine sediment analyzer is not statistically significant.Conclusion Urine analyzer can detect the white blood cells and red blood cells in urine quickly.But there are some false negative and false positive,which should be combined with manual microscopic examination to ensure the accuracy of the results.
