早在七十年代末,大同的老校长就提出了“重点中学重在哪里?”的思考,同时要求大家努力做到“三全”:德智体全面安排,面向全体学生,全体教工参与教书育人。八十年代中期学校又提出学生要“全面发展,学有特长”。1987年学校开始进行高中年级的课程整体改革,并且要求全校教职员工,改变教育观念,看破唯升学率的“红尘”。近几年学校要求学生“学会做人、学会学习、学会生活、学有特长”。通过学习和回顾,我们认识到学校教改的过程是素质教育的实践过程,进一步明确重点中学要重在为学
