DHF是东南亚国家常见病,是患儿的重要死因之一。DHF在柬埔寨的流行始自1962年,每2～3年流行一次,患儿死亡率高达3.6％～15％,尤以15岁以下患儿更甚。文献中尚无DHF患儿耳鼻咽喉部表现的报道,该作者报道2000年6月柬埔寨住院患儿150余例,对其中100例(6例为重型DHF)进行观察,男45例,女55例,1岁以下11例,1～5岁26例,5～15岁63例。 DHF is a common disease in Southeast Asian countries, is one of the important causes of death in children. DHF prevalence in Cambodia since 1962, every 2 to 3 years prevalence of children with as high as 3.6% to 15% mortality, especially in children under 15 even worse. There are no reports of otolaryngology in children with DHF in the literature. The authors reported more than 150 hospitalized children in Cambodia in June 2000, of whom 100 (6 were DHF) were observed. There were 45 males and 55 females , 11 cases below 1 year old, 26 cases from 1 to 5 years old and 63 cases from 5 to 15 years old.
