崇明岛使用世界银行贷款,实施星火计划取得了新进展,到目前为止已有十四个项目获得世行批准,总投资为2.38亿元人民币,其中使用世行贷款1578万美元,占世行硬贷款总额1800万美元的87.7%,已经提款使用600万美元,占批准使用额的33%。农行上海市分行和崇明县支行累计已向世行批准项目提供了近4000万元人民币配套贷款。目前已有8个项目进入生产阶段,6个项目进入实施启动阶段。这对加快项目启动和顺利实施起到了很大促进作用。
