目的:分析研究太白乌头地上部分甲醇提取物中石油醚萃取物的化学成分。方法:太白乌头地上部分甲醇提取后用石油醚萃取,GC-MS法分析和鉴定其化学成分,并采用峰面积归一化法计算各成分相对百分含量。结果:共分离鉴定出28个化合物,主要为烷烃类、脂肪酸及其酯类和烯类化合物。其中含量最高的为正二十九烷(13.057%),其次为19-甲基-18,21-三十六烷二醚(8.180%)、乙二醇硬脂基醚(7.851%)、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六碳烯-1-醇(7.805%)、棕榈酸甲酯(6.676%)等。结论:首次报道了太白乌头地上部分的化学成分,为陕西特有药用资源太白乌头全草的进一步研究和开发利用提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and study the chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract from above-ground methanol extract of Aconitum kusnezoffii. Methods: The above-ground part of Aconitum kusnezoffii was extracted with petroleum ether, the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS and the relative percentage of each component was calculated by the peak area normalization method. Results: A total of 28 compounds were isolated and identified, mainly alkanes, fatty acids and their esters and alkenes. Among them, n-nonadecane (13.057%) was the highest content, followed by 19-methyl-18,21-hexacosane diether (8.180%), ethylene glycol stearyl ether , 7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol (7.805%), methyl palmitate (6.676%) and the like. Conclusion: The chemical composition of aboveground part of Aconitum coronatum is reported for the first time, which provides the basis for further research and development and utilization of the whole herbaceous Aconitum coronatum in Shaanxi.
