对叔丁基苄硫醇是合成杀螨剂牵牛星的一个重要中间体,其质量与成本高低直接关系到牵牛星的质量与收率的高低,为此对其进行了小试研究。实验采用的合成路线是:以工业叔丁醇、苯、无水三氯化铝、多聚甲醛为起始原料,经烷基化、氯甲基化两步制得对叔丁基氯化苄;再以对叔丁基氯化苄和硫脲为原料,水为溶剂,先合成对叔丁基-S-苄基异硫脲盐酸盐,再碱解即得产品。确定了对叔丁基苄硫醇生产过程中最佳的反应条件。该方法工艺简单,反应条件温和,成本低,经济效益高,适合于哒螨灵生产厂家自产,具有理想的市场前景。
Butylbenzyl mercaptan is an important intermediate of synthetic acaricide Altair, and its quality and cost are directly related to the quality and yield of albuterol. The optimal reaction conditions for the production of p-tert-butylbenzylmercaptan were determined. The method has the advantages of simple process, mild reaction conditions, low cost and high economic benefit, and is suitable for the production by the producer of pyridaben.
