前文已报道用恒流灌注法测定麻醉犬后肢血管阻力,同时记录全身动脉血压,证明黄芪能显著降低全身动脉血压及后肢血管阻力,并认为此作用是直接扩张外周血管的结果。除肢体血管外,黄芪对各部位血管的作用迄今尚无肯定结论,而且,对肾、脑等部位血管的作用亦未见研究报告。本工作旨在观察黄芪对肠、肾等内脏血管以及冠状血管和脑血管的作用,为其临床心血管病的应用提供实验依据。
Previously, it has been reported that the hind-limb vascular resistance of anesthetized dogs was determined by constant current perfusion method, and systemic arterial blood pressure was recorded at the same time. It was proved that Astragalus membranaceus can significantly reduce systemic arterial blood pressure and hind-limb vascular resistance, and this effect is considered as a result of direct expansion of peripheral blood vessels. In addition to the limb blood vessels, there have been no definite conclusions about the effects of Astragalus membranaceus on blood vessels at various sites, and no studies have been reported on the role of blood vessels in the kidney, brain, and other parts. This work aims to observe the effects of Radix Astragali on visceral vessels such as intestine and kidney, as well as coronary and cerebral vessels, and provide experimental basis for the application of clinical cardiovascular disease.
