目的 研究结核杆菌体外对人精子运动功能的影响。方法 将从临床泌尿生殖系感染病人中分离培养出的结核杆菌制成活菌悬液 ,然后将其在体外与 10例健康成年男性手淫获得并经上游优化处理的精子按菌 /精比 5 0∶1一起孵化 0、2和 4小时后 ,采用CASA检测人精子活率、运动参数 (前向运动百分率、直线速度VCL、曲线速度VSL、平均路径速度VAP)和精子形态及凝集情况。结果 结核杆菌与精子比例为 5 0∶1体外孵化 0、2和 4小时后 ,人精子活率和运动参数无明显降低 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 结核杆菌与精子的比例为 5 0∶1体外孵化 4小时内 ,对人精子的运动功能无显著影响
Objective To study the effect of Mycobacterium tuberculosis on human sperm motor function in vitro. Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from clinical genitourinary infection patients was made into viable bacterial suspension, and then in vitro and 10 healthy adult male masturbation obtained by the upstream optimization of sperm by bacteria / fine ratio 50 : 1 After incubation for 0, 2 and 4 hours, CASA was used to detect sperm motility, exercise parameters (forward movement percentage, linear velocity VCL, curve velocity VSL, mean path velocity VAP) and sperm morphology and agglutination. Results There was no significant decrease in sperm motility and exercise parameters at 0, 2 and 4 hours after in vitro incubation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and sperm at a rate of 50: 1. Conclusion Mycobacterium tuberculosis and sperm ratio of 5 0: 1 in vitro 4 hours of incubation had no significant effect on the motor function of human sperm
