目的:考察头孢唑林钠和舒巴坦钠联合用药对临床分离致病菌的体内抗菌活性,证实联合用药的抗菌协同作用。方法:小鼠腹腔感染临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌(产酶和非产酶菌株),尾静脉给药各不同浓度药液进行治疗保护试验。结果:头孢唑林钠和舒巴坦钠联合用药对产β-内酰胺酶菌株的体内抗菌活性比头孢唑林钠强,对非产酶菌株的抗菌活性的差异不显著。结论:头孢唑林钠与舒巴坦钠联合用药对产酶菌株体内抗菌活性强于单用头孢唑林钠。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the antibacterial activity of cefazolin sodium and sulbactam in combination with clinically isolated pathogens, and to confirm the antibacterial synergistic effect of combination therapy. Methods: The mice were infected intraperitoneally with Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli (enzyme-producing strains and non-enzyme-producing strains). The tail vein was used to treat different concentrations of drug solution for protection. Results: In vivo antibacterial activity of cefazolin sodium and sulbactam combined with β-lactamase was stronger than that of cefazolin sodium, but no significant difference was observed between antibacterial activity of cefazolin sodium and sulbactam sodium. Conclusion: Cefazolin sodium and sulbactam sodium combination antibacterial activity of the enzyme-producing strains in vivo than cefazolin sodium alone.
