一、目前我国中小企业面临的困境改革开放的二十几年,是我国中小企业蓬勃发展的二十几年。近些年来,中小企业在增加工业产值、促进商品流通、开辟就业渠道和扩大出口等方面作出了巨大的贡献。但不可否认的是,目前,我国部分中小企业在发展过程中除了存在诸如和国有大企业一样的产权不清、经营体制不顺等问题外,绝大多数中小企业还面临着其它许多困境,主要表现在以下方面:
