石家庄车辆工厂利用废旧材料制成浇口圈简易造型机,其结构见图。工作过程:打开盖板1,将型砂装入套筒2内,关闭盖板,踩踏板6,打开气阀7,压缩空气进入气缸4内,推动活塞上升,并带动模型3进行压实成型。关闭气阀,活塞和模型下移复位,依次打开盖板和气阀,活塞推出成型的浇口圈砂型。实践表明,这种简易浇口圈造型机,结构简单,动作可靠,操作方便,生产效率高。
