实验教学是培养学生的实践能力、创新能力的重要手段。经管类实验让学生在特定的环境下尽早接触到未来工作的实际情形,帮助学生提高适应能力,使他们在走入工作岗位后能够在短时期内实现角色的转变。
Experimental teaching is an important means to cultivate students’ practical ability and innovative ability. Economic management experiments enable students to gain early exposure to the realities of future work in specific settings and to help students to be more adaptive and enable them to change roles in a short period of time as they enter the workforce.
