我厂50m~3高炉内衬过去采用粘土砖、高铝砖砌筑。一、二年需要大修一次,既花费大量资金,又影响生产。1980年大修时,炉体结构设计为炭捣、高铝砖综合炉底,炉缸以上至炉身下部为全炭捣内衬,采用中温炭捣施工。炭捣料由焦粉(C82%以上,粒度0.5~5mm);煤焦油(15%)和沥青(5%,粒度0.5~3mm)组成。施工方法为:焦粉加温脱去水份,煤焦油煎熬完全去掉水份。当焦油升温至200℃左右,每批称量100kg,先加沥青粉拌和,然后加煤
