本文回顾了新中国建立后,党和政府对防尘工作的重视和对人民身体健康的关怀。叙述了操作区允许粉尘的最高浓度应符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GBJ—73)中的规定。叙述了粉尘被吸入后在呼吸道中的阻留和粉尘颗粒大小的关系。详述了清理工部产生的粉尘浓度、粉尘分散度、灰尘的游离二氧化硅含量、常用清理设备局部阻力。介绍了抛丸窒风量的计算方法和除尘系统管道阻力的计算公式。最后提出,清理设备由于产生的粉尘浓度大,为达到国家排放标准,一般采用二级除尘,第一级为扩散式旋风除尘器,第二级为机械回转反吹扁布袋除尘器,介绍了CLK 扩散式旋风除尘器和 ZC 型机械回转反吹扁布袋除尘器的特点和系列型号规格,最后据日本和法国的资料介绍了除尘器对各种粉尘粒径的捕集效率和各种除尘器对5微米以下粉尘的捕集效率。本文是对国内外有关资料的综合评述。
This article reviews the importance attached by the party and the government to dust prevention and the care for the people’s health after the founding of new China.
