目的研究彩色多普勒超声检查诊断下肢动脉血管栓塞的临床应用及效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取吉林市北华大学附属医院在2015年2月-2016年4月,收治并经血管造影检查确诊的76例下肢动脉血管栓塞患者为研究对象,对患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,将彩色多普勒超声与血管造影检查的结果进行比较,分析彩色多普勒超声检查结果的准确性。结果彩色多普勒超声检查的阳性预测值为90.63%,阴性预测值为93.94%,正确的指数为0.816,诊断准确率为92.11%,灵敏度为95.12%,特异度为88.60%。结论下肢动脉血管栓塞患者应用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断具有十分显著的临床效果,彩色多普勒超声检查的准确度高、重复性好,耗费时间少,检查操作方便,并且属于无创性检查,能够清晰显现下肢动脉血管栓塞的解剖图像,及时传递患者的血流动态信息,值得在临床诊断上推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical application and effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial embolism and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 76 patients with lower extremity arterial embolism confirmed by angiography were selected from Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University, Jilin University from February 2015 to April 2016. The patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. The results of color Doppler ultrasound and angiography were compared and the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was analyzed. Results The positive predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound was 90.63%, the negative predictive value was 93.94%, the correct index was 0.816, the diagnostic accuracy was 92.11%, the sensitivity was 95.12% and the specificity was 88.60%. Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial embolism has a very significant clinical effect. Color Doppler ultrasonography has the advantages of high accuracy, good repeatability, less time consuming, convenient operation of examination, and is a noninvasive examination. Can clearly show the lower extremity arterial embolization anatomical images, timely transmission of the patient’s blood flow dynamic information, it is worth in the clinical diagnosis of the promotion and application.
