和了解其他学校的校长、教师一样,我和我的学生对东庐中学的兴趣是在该校成名之后。我曾带着学生走进东庐,听校方介绍、看老师上课,研读“讲学稿”……对于从事课程教学论专业的我们,回来之后还曾心高气盛地想着手改造“讲学稿”。在看到陈康金校长的管理哲学和管理案例后,我明白了:东庐的成功绝非简单地放着一个工具技术层面的“讲学稿”,而是有其更深厚的思想渊源。在反思自己工具理性价值取向的同时,我萌生了解读康金校长的冲动。

While reflecting on the value orientation of my instrumental rationality, I was inspired to interpret the impulse of President Kang Jin.
