目的：探究无偿献血招募工作中护理质量对献血者所产生的影响。方法：对本血站876例献血者进行护理，对经护理后献血者的感受进行分析，并观察有无不良反应。结果：护理质量对于献血者的舒适度及心理有着重要的影响，经护理后的献血者均无发生不良反应，且表示存在再次献血的意愿。结论：在献血招募工作中对献血者进行护理能够在一定程度上安抚献血者的紧张情绪，也能够进一步避免献血者不良反应的发生，同时对固定献血队伍的稳定和发展，以及无偿献血工作顺利开展具有着重要的意义。“,”The purpose Explore the impact of the recruitment of voluntary blood donation in the quality of care for blood donors produced.Method The 876 cases of blood donors for care, care for the feelings after donors were analyzed and observe whether the adverse reactions.The results Quality of care and comfort for blood donors have an important psychological impact.After care after donors had no adverse reactions.And indicates a willingness to donate blood again.In conclusion In blood donation recruitment of blood donors in nursing can appease donors tension to some extent.At the same time it is possible to further avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions donors.For blood donation has important significance.
