基于供电企业建立干部胜任力素质模型的必要性,对供电企业如何建立符合实际需要的干部素质模型进行了探索与实践,并提出了素质模型在日常干部管理工作中的具体应用建议。
Based on the necessity of establishing the cadre competency model for power supply enterprises, this paper explores and practices how to establish a cadre quality model that meets the actual needs of power supply enterprises and puts forward the concrete application suggestion of quality model in daily cadre management.
