时隔十多年了,但我帮助一位差生转化,所经历的对立、对话、交流、交心过程至今记忆犹新,现将转化轨迹记录下来,与各位同行交流。一、对立1990年9月,我任初一某班班主任,全校出名的差生苏小刚就在我班中,他平时不学习,各科教师讲课时故意起哄;空堂时间到讲桌前怪声怪气地模仿教师讲课,班内正常教学秩序无法维持;经常和学生打架,迟到、早退、旷课现象屡见不鲜。当时我暗想:一定要设法“制服” It took more than a decade, but I helped a poor student to transform. The poor student named Su Xiaogang of the school was in my class. He did not study at all. Teachers of various subjects deliberately started to break up; Ignoring the teacher’s lectures, the normal teaching order in the class cannot be maintained; often fighting with the students, lateness, early retirement, and absenteeism are common occurrences. At the time I thought to myself: I must try to “uniformize”
