以玉米自交系郑58及其两个S型细胞质雄性不育系为材料,对不同生育时期叶片和雄穗小花中的可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量进行比较研究。结果表明,在散粉期,郑58叶片中可溶性糖含量显著低于不育系,雄穗小花中可溶性糖含量显著高于不育系。郑58叶片中游离脯氨酸含量仅在雄穗发育末期显著低于郑58cmsQ1261;雄穗小花中游离脯氨酸含量在雄穗发育初期及散粉期均显著高于不育系。郑58叶片中丙二醛含量除雄穗发育末期和抽雄期,其他时期与不育系均有显著差异;雄穗小花中丙二醛含量在雄穗发育初期和散粉期与不育系差异均不显著。
The maize inbred lines Zheng 58 and two S-type CMS lines were used to study the content of soluble sugar, free proline and malondialdehyde in leaves and tassel flower of different growth stages. The results showed that the soluble sugar content of Zheng 58 leaves was significantly lower than that of male sterile lines at the heading stage, and the soluble sugar content of tassel flower was significantly higher than that of male sterile lines. The content of free proline in leaves of Zheng58 was significantly lower than that of Zheng58cmsQ1261 only at the late stage of tassel development. The content of free proline in tassel was significantly higher than that of male sterile lines at the early tassel and powdering stages. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in leaves of Zheng58 were significantly different from those of male sterile lines at the late tassel and tasseling stage.
