目的:评价辣椒辣素对急性动物模型中膀胱充盈期和由神经刺激而导致的膀胱收缩期的作用。方法:选用11例成年雄性杂种狗,以袖状电极围绕盆神经做电刺激。刺激参数为10V,20Hz,0.2~2ms方波20s周期。本文作者观察用100μmol/L辣椒辣素前后膀胱在溢出点的压力、容量、顺应性及逼尿肌对盆神经电刺激的反应。同时也做了膀胱组织学检查及P物质测定。结果:辣椒辣素注射诱发了3个狗出现多发性自主膀胱收缩。与对照组比较,膀胱溢出压(39.70士3.22cmH20比48.18士6.33cmH2O)和盆神经刺激所引起的最大膀胱压(17.06土1.49cmH2O比17.47士1.31cmH2O)均无统计学差异。辣椒辣素注射明显增加了膀胱溢出点的容量(82.93土3.51ml比122.22土11.32ml)。结论:在急性动物模型中,辣椒素诱发膀胱容量的改变而非影响其收缩力,膀胱感觉神经的功能改变先于P物质耗竭之前。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the effect of capsaicin on bladder filling and bladder contraction induced by nerve stimulation in acute animal models. Methods: Eleven adult male mongrel dogs were selected and the sleeve electrodes were electrostimulated around the pelvic nerves. Stimulation parameters for the 10V, 20Hz, 0.2 ~ 2ms square wave 20s cycle. The authors observed the pressure, volume, compliance and detrusor responses to electrical stimulation of the pelvic nerves at the spill point with and without 100 μmol / L capsaicin. At the same time also made a histological examination of bladder and substance P determination. RESULTS: Capsaicin injection induced multiple spontaneous bladder contractions in 3 dogs. Compared with the control group, the bladder pressure (39.70 士 3.22cmH20 比 48.18 士 6.33cmH2O) and pelvic nerve stimulation caused by the maximum bladder pressure (17.06 土 1.49cmH2O than 17.47 士 1). 31cmH2O) were no significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: In acute animal models, capsaicin induces a change in bladder capacity rather than its contractile force. The functional changes in the bladder sensory nerves precede the depletion of substance P.
