通过介绍投运成功的75 t/h水冷异型分离循环流化床锅炉,主要叙述了在此基础上清华大学与哈锅合作的220 t/h水冷异型分离器循环床锅炉的放大设计。放大设计的220 t/h锅炉具有结构紧凑、占地面积小、钢耗低、燃料适应性强,密封性好、排烟损失低、运行稳定并有超出力能力等特点。
By introducing the successful commissioning of 75 t / h water-cooled shaped separation circulating fluidized bed boiler, the enlargement design of 220 t / h water-cooled special-shaped separator circulating bed boiler cooperated by Tsinghua University and Harbin Paste is mainly described. The enlarged design of 220 t / h boiler has the advantages of compact structure, small area, low steel consumption, strong fuel adaptability, good sealing, low exhaust loss, stable operation and exceeding capacity.
