本文报道了济南地区放射工作人员的细胞遗传学变化。结果表明,从事医用X线工作者、工业探伤、同位素应用及综合性作业人员的染色体畸变率分别为0.32%、0.33%、0.37%和0.24%,均明显高于正常对照(0.14%)。本文还重点讨论了染色体畸变(CA)及微核(MC)在职业辐射损伤诊断中的价值。
This article reports the cytogenetic changes of radiation workers in Jinan. The results showed that the rate of chromosome aberration in medical X-ray workers, industrial flaw detection, isotope application and general practitioners were 0.32%, 0.33%, 0.37% and 0.24%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of normal controls (0.14%). This article also focuses on the value of chromosomal aberrations (CA) and micronuclei (MC) in the diagnosis of occupational radiation damage.
