前言细菌电极产生于七十年代中期,近年来其研究工作有较大进展。细菌电极具有使用方便,价格便宜等优点。在第二届全国离子选择性电极学术讨论会上,我们交流了赖氨酸细菌电极的研制及应用的初步工作,该电极的寿命还不理想,就目前报导的细菌电极的研制工作来看,电极寿命短是一个急待解决的问题。本文在资料(1)的基础上,采用了新的电极制备方法及一些相应的措施,使赖氨酸细菌电极的寿命得到明显地改进,可达两个月以上。
Introduction Bacterial electrodes originated in the mid-seventies, and their research work has made great progress in recent years. Bacterial electrodes are easy to use, cheap and so on. At the 2nd National Symposium on Ion Selective Electrodes, we exchanged preliminary work on the development and application of lysine-based bacteria electrodes. The life expectancy of this electrode is still not ideal. According to the current reports on the development of bacterial electrodes, Short electrode life is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the data (1), this paper adopts a new electrode preparation method and some corresponding measures, so that the life of lysine bacteria electrode has been significantly improved, up to two months or more.
