我国的“七五”计划已经进入第二年,也是具有关键意义的一年。国务院对今年的增产节约、增收节支的工作作了详细的部署。最近召开的全国经济工作会议,也把增产节约、增收节支列为一项中心任务。通过增产节约、增收节支,要恢复和发扬我们党艰苦奋斗的优良传统,把生产,流通工作做好,全面提高经济效益,保证国民经济持续、稳定、协调地向前发展。一要保证增产节约、增收节支运动的健康发展,首先要在思想上对增产节约、增收节支的重大意义有一个全面的认识。
Our “Seventh Five-Year Plan” has entered its second year, which is also of crucial significance. The State Department made a detailed plan for this year’s work of increasing output, saving income and saving expenses. The recently held National Economic Work Conference also listed as a central task the increase of production and saving and the increase of income and expenses. We should resume and develop our fine tradition of arduous struggle by producing more and saving more, increasing income and reducing expenditure. We will do a good job in production and distribution so as to comprehensively enhance economic efficiency so as to ensure sustained, stable and coordinated development of the national economy. First, we must ensure a sound development of production and economy, increase revenues and reduce expenditures. We must first of all have a comprehensive understanding of the great significance of increasing production and saving, and increasing revenue and reducing expenditure.
