因材施教,备课要备对象。本文立意于尊重授课对象个体存在的能力差异,力求找出差异中的共同点,探讨在实践教学中,能兼顾不同能力层次的对策,从而诱发学习兴趣,激发动手热情。
Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, prepare lessons for the object. The purpose of this paper is to respect the differences in the ability of the individuals involved in the lectures, to find out the commonalities in the differences and to explore the countermeasures that can take into account different levels of abilities in practice teaching so as to induce interest in learning and inspire enthusiasm.
