2014年7月18日上午,本刊记者第2次前往第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院拜见吴孟超院士。92岁的吴老依然精神矍铄,神采飞扬,和两年前见到时没有一点变化,看上去至多是位古稀之人。上午有台手术由吴老亲自主刀,每天上午9点后,只要在上海,吴老基本都会工作在手术台上。世界上以92岁高龄仍然拿手术刀的医生,吴老绝对是唯一一位。
