教师资源是高职教育发展的核心因素,高职教师资源的数量、质量以及配置决定着高职院校的活力和发展水平。本文从构建立体化教师资源库的角度探讨了通信类专业教师资源优化配置问题。构建通信类专业立体化教师资源库首先要突出双师教师、专业带头人、骨干教师和青年教师四支队伍的建设,其次加强建设专业教学、课程和科研三个团队的建设,最后是打造兼职教师库、培训师库和校内外知名专家库等三支“人才库”实现教师资源共享。
Teacher resources are the core factors in the development of higher vocational education. The quantity, quality and allocation of resources for higher vocational teachers determine the vitality and development level of higher vocational colleges. This article discusses the problem of optimizing the allocation of resources for teachers of communication specialty from the perspective of building a three-dimensional teacher resource database. To establish a three-dimensional teacher resource base for communication specialty, we must first highlight the construction of four teams of double-teacher teachers, professional leaders, key teachers and young teachers, and secondly, strengthen the construction of three teams of specialized teaching, curriculum and scientific research, and finally create a part-time job. Teacher library, trainer library and inside and outside the library of well-known experts such as three “talent pool ” to achieve teacher resource sharing.
