为提高高压断路器速度检测效率与精度,提出了一种基于超声波传感器的高压断路器速度检测方法,利用TR40系列超声波换能器产生超声波信号,将发射传感器固定于断路器合/分连接杆上,接收传感器安装在万能三角支架上,通过统计接收和发送信号的频率差,计算当前断路器运行的瞬时速度,并在此基础上开发了断路器机械特性测试仪。现场试验结果表明,超声波传感器安装方便、测试数据精度较高、不确定度小,能满足高压断路器现场速度检测的需求。
In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of high voltage circuit breaker, a high voltage circuit breaker speed detection method based on ultrasonic sensor is proposed. The ultrasonic signal is generated by TR40 series ultrasonic transducer, and the transmitting sensor is fixed on the circuit breaker combined / sub connecting rod , The receiving sensor is installed on the universal triangular bracket, and the instantaneous speed of the current circuit breaker is calculated by counting the frequency difference between the received signal and the transmitted signal. On the basis of this, a circuit tester mechanical characteristic tester is developed. Field test results show that the ultrasonic sensor is easy to install, the test data accuracy is high, and the uncertainty is small, which can meet the needs of high speed circuit breaker on-site speed detection.
