当社会进入常态性发展后,精神领域里的科门类别必定产生深度进取的社会性需要。绘画艺术在中国的当下表现也不能例外,一向被忽略的水彩画艺术因此获得前所未有的发展机会,一个走向多元取向、越来越自觉于审美价值内涵的开拓的风气已然形成。福建作为较早对外开放的省份,得风气之先,许多水彩画家呕心沥血,孜孜不倦,在中国当代水彩画领域,有不俗表现,如张厚进、郑起妙等;此外一批实力雄厚的中青年水彩画家正在崛起,他们的佳作不时出现于各类展事和典册。然而,福建毕竟远离文化中心,制约因素不少,福建水彩画创作要获得进一步发展,以下几个方面的问题不能不考虑。

In addition, a group of young and middle-aged watercolor painters Are rising, their masterpieces appear in various types of exhibitions and catalogs from time to time. However, Fujian, after all, far from the cultural center, many constraints, Fujian watercolor painting to be further developed, the following aspects can not be ignored.
