透射电镜观察证实人蛲虫卵卵壳有6层结构,由外至内依次为:表膜层、外子宫层、内子宫层,卵黄层,几丁质层和脂质层。表膜层与外子宫层为膜状。内子宫层为纤维结构,含有很多形状不规则,深浅不一的裂隙。这些裂隙与卵表面的微孔相通,孔与裂隙均有表膜层与外子宫层衬里。卵黄层与脂质层均呈膜状。几丁质层的内、外表面均有一较致密的电子小区。
Transmission electron microscopy showed that the human egg shell eggshell has 6 layers of structure, from outside to inside are: epicardium, the outer uterus, the uterus, the layer of yolk, chitin and lipid layer.
