大约半年前,《管理@人》曾经专门就创业元老与空降兵之间的博弈进行过深度报道,讨论二者之间既需合作又难免排斥的共生互赖关系。随着越来越多的跨国企业进入中国,随着中国民营企业的日趋成长,职业经理人供不应求的现象日益突出。本期杂志从职业经理人被企业当作“花瓶”摆起来的表象出发,试图从另一个角度来重新审视职业经理人在企业,尤其是民营企业中的位置。
About half a year ago, “Management @ People” has made in-depth coverage of the game between veterans and airborne soldiers and discussed the symbiotic interdependence between the two. As more and more multinational corporations enter China, with the growing of private-owned enterprises in China, the phenomenon that professional managers are in short supply has become increasingly prominent. Starting from the appearance that professional managers are regarded as “vases” by enterprises, this issue attempts to re-examine the position of professional managers in enterprises, especially private-owned enterprises, from another perspective.
