利用氢气共还原混合盐制取Ni-Fe-Mo预合金粉,分别在873K、1023K、1073K温度下还原。热力学计算表明三种还原温度下都能被氢还原,1073K还原温度制得的粉末效果最佳.Ni-Fe-Mo系为fcc置换式固溶体,其点阵常数为0.356395nm.
Ni-Fe-Mo pre-alloyed powders were prepared by co-reduction of mixed salt with hydrogen and reduced at 873K, 1023K and 1073K respectively. Thermodynamic calculations show that hydrogen can be reduced by hydrogen at all three reduction temperatures, and the powder prepared at a reduction temperature of 1073K works best. Ni-Fe-Mo system is fcc replacement solid solution, the lattice constant of 0.356395nm.
