针对起重机在工作过程中的能耗问题,设计了一种起重机节能控制系统。本系统主要由主电路和控制电路组成,主电路以三相IPM模块为核心,控制电路是以单片机+SLE4520为核心的最小微机系统。控制电路产生6路SPWM控制信号,有序地控制主电路IPM模块中IGBT开关管的通断,将起重机重物下放过程中产生的再生电能无污染地送回电网再利用,不仅实现节能环保,还能有效降低起重机系统发热量,保证起重机的安全生产,提高系统的稳定性,减少故障率。
Aiming at the energy consumption problem of cranes in the process of work, a crane energy-saving control system is designed. The system is mainly composed of the main circuit and control circuit, the main circuit to the three-phase IPM module as the core, the control circuit is based on the smallest single-chip microcomputer SLE4520 microcomputer system. The control circuit generates 6 SPWM control signals and controls the on and off of the IGBT switches in the IPM module in an orderly manner.
