由于受传统计划经济的影响,我国外贸出口企业商标工作一直是个薄弱环节。据了解,目前大部分外贸企业至今没有创出自己的商标,更不用说创建名牌产品了。以经贸部下属华润总公司为例,公司下属的全部二级公司中,没有一家有自己的商标。其中,使用他人商标的企业占18%,定牌生产企业占7.4%,而无商标企业则占到74.6,这种状况显然不能适应我国扩大对外开放,参与国际市场竞争的要求。随着外贸体制改革和市场竞争日趋激烈,已有越来越多的外贸企业认识到商标这一商战武器的重要作用。他们深切体会到,要改变我国出口
Due to the influence of the traditional planned economy, the trademark work of China’s foreign trade export companies has always been a weak link. It is understood that most foreign trade companies have not yet created their own trademarks, let alone created brand-name products. Take China Resources General Corporation under the Ministry of Economics and Trade as an example. None of the company’s subordinate companies have their own trademarks.
