随着我国现代化建设的不断加快,人力资源在我国企业中的地位和作用日益突出。人力资源作为事业单位的重要管理内容,主要是对人才进行合理的配置和优化,人尽其才,是事业单位进一步发展的关键,因此加强人力资源开发成为事业单位研究的一道重要课题。本文先分析了事业单位人力资源开发的必要性,然后重点探讨了加强事业单位人力资源开发的有效措施。
With the continuous acceleration of China’s modernization, the status and role of human resources in our enterprises have become increasingly prominent. As an important management content of public institutions, human resources are mainly about the rational allocation and optimization of talents. Making the best use of them is the key to the further development of public institutions. Therefore, strengthening the development of human resources has become an important issue for public institutions to study. This paper first analyzes the necessity of human resources development in public institutions, and then focuses on the effective measures to strengthen human resources development in public institutions.
