以就业为导向的高职教育必须强化实训教学,使学生在学习中,熟练掌握所学专业的关键技能,顺利就业。高职院校学生在到校外实习基地实习前,必须在校内实训基地掌握其所学专业的关键技能,以便能在实习岗位上尽快适应企业的需要。高职院校应该充分注重校内实训基地的建设和教学的改革,以工作过程为导向,以专业技能培养为目标,构建和完善实践教学的课程体系。
Employment-oriented higher vocational education must strengthen practical teaching so that students can master the key skills of their majors and make them successful in their studies.
