作者通过检测病人体内非结合奎宁的浓度,对奎宁非肠道给药治疗危重恶性疟患儿的剂量进行了探讨。 选择肯尼亚kilifi区医院住院的脑型疟作为研究病例,用奎宁二盐酸盐肌肉注射和静脉注射进行治疗。静注起始剂量为4.0mg/kg,以8.0ml盐水稀释,注射时间至少4min;60min后按10mg/kg(溶于20ml生理盐水中)滴注,历时2h以上,此后每隔12h按此剂量(10mg/kg,2h以上)滴注
By testing the concentration of unconjugated quinine in the patient’s body, we investigated the dose of quinine for the treatment of children with severe falciparum malaria by parenteral administration. Brain malaria hospitalized in kilifi district hospital in kenya was selected as a case study and treated with quinine dihydrochloride intramuscular and intravenous injection. Intravenous initial dose of 4.0mg / kg, diluted with 8.0ml saline, injection time at least 4min; 60min after 10mg / kg (dissolved in 20ml normal saline) infusion over 2h, then every 12h at this dose (10mg / kg, 2h above) infusion
